1. Basic Hosting & Maintenance Service

1.1 Service Coverage

• Regular backup maintenance
• WordPress core, plugin, and theme updates
• Monthly support allocation (30 minutes)
• Security monitoring
• Compatibility verification

1.2 Service Limitations

• Monthly support time does not roll over
• Additional support billed at standard rates
• No guarantee of uninterrupted service
• Limited to standard WordPress functionality

2. Term & Fees

• Three (3) month initial term
• Monthly fees as quoted in service agreement
• Automatic renewal on monthly basis
• Payment due in advance

SECTION C: ENHANCED SEO SERVICE TERMS

1. SEO Service Coverage

1.1 Initial Setup (One-Time)

• Three (3) hours initial optimization
• Website structure optimization
• Meta elements optimization
• Technical SEO setup

1.2 Monthly Maintenance

• Fifteen (15) minutes monthly allocation
• Regular monitoring and adjustments
• New content SEO optimization
• Performance review

2. Term & Limitations

• Six (6) month initial term required
• No ranking guarantees provided
• Limited to agreed-upon scope
